Our black walnut Obsession-B-Gone kolonia was created as support for those of us overcoming obsessive thoughts and patterns. This is a great support if you’re in therapy or doing shadow work. Obsessive thoughts can be damaging spiritually and energetically for several reasons. When you get stuck on un-useful thoughts and feelings spray generously over your neck and shoulders. Spray your hands and pat down the crown of your head and put your hands over your ears. Repeat the affirmation 5x out loud with your whole chest: “I let go of obsessive thoughts and feelings toward (insert name or satiation). I am open and receptive to change.
